Returns & Refunds

We have a strict 15 day return or exchange policy.  

• Saddles are final sale only and sold in person unless 50% deposit is made prior to shipping.  
• Restock fee of 25% if product is not in original packaging or has been used.
• Restocking fee of 15% for product not used and in original packaging.
• Reason for return manufacturing flaw only.  Products that need to be 'fit' must be purchased onsite.  
• Returns not accepted for the following: Clearance / closeouts, saddle bags, hay bags/nets, horse ware, bale carriers, boots
• What IF: We do not guarantee fit for any product.  It is best to come onsite for purchases that need to be fit.  We have an areana you can use to try the saddle on your horse or other items.  Charlie Horse Farms Saddle and Such are not responsible for any injuries that result from improper use, lack of proper care, or manufacture defect.   Please inspect all equipment prior to using to ensure everything is safely set up.  Charlie Horse Farm Saddle and Such is not liable for any injury or death from resulting from damaged equipment.  It is up to the buyer to ensure everything is properly secure prior to using.  
• Process for return:  email or call to initiate a return.
• Process of refund : once item is received it will be determined the return payment amount and that will be enroute to you in 7-10 business days.
